Mission
The goal of Events by Kids is to empower children by teaching them how to organize and manage their own events. By fostering creativity, responsibility, and leadership, the program offers meaningful experiences that help children build lifelong skills.
Problem
Today, most children’s events are planned entirely by adults, leaving kids as passive participants. This limits their opportunities to develop event planning, teamwork, and leadership skills. There is a growing need for educational resources that actively involve children in creating and managing their own experiences.
Solution
Events by Kids offers a comprehensive toolkit of resources and activities designed to help children take charge of event planning. These include books and educational courses for children and parents, event design tools, the Event Planning AI Assistant, an encyclopedia of kids’ events, and more.
How It Works
- Learning the Basics. Children begin by learning the fundamentals of event planning—choosing a theme, setting goals, and understanding how events are structured. This can be done online or in person, with support from our young experts in kids’ event planning.
- Event Planning. Using the Events by Kids AI Assistant, children receive personalized guidance through each step of the process, including developing the event idea, planning themes and activities, selecting a venue, creating a timeline, setting a budget, and designing invitations. We also teach them to use the Event Design Map tool to bring their events to life.
- Design and Support. We assist families with every stage of the planning process—helping with design, coordination, decorations, equipment, and optional professional support. However, we emphasize that children should play a leading role in planning and execution. Our approach prioritizes education, mentorship, and encouraging kids to take initiative and complete tasks themselves.
- Materials and Promotion. Children can create their own event websites, print custom invitations, and use creative decorations. They can also integrate other projects from the program, such as Books by Kids, Art by Kids, and Business by Kids, to enrich their events.
- Event Celebration. We help children carry out their events—whether it’s a birthday party, science fair, air show, talent night, or business expo—ensuring they lead with confidence and pride. We also invite young participants to enter our Best Event by Kids contest.
- Our Guarantee. We guarantee that your child will complete and lead their own event within one month of starting the project, with full support from our professional team and resources.

Events by Kids Educational Course
