How It Works

We conduct qualitative studies by asking panels of parents traveling with kids to share their insights. We explore what features or amenities attract them to move to an area, stay in hotels, or visit destinations. We also examine which features their children enjoy the most, how children influence parental decisions, and the importance of different factors in choosing family-friendly solutions. Please see an example of a survey below:

After that, we analyze the results and develop recommendations for future-oriented organizations to create kid-friendly solutions and attract families with children. These incentives are based on research findings and analyzed through behavioral science, psychology, and related fields. The proposed solutions are tested through online and field-based experience experiments. Please see an example of a hypothetical online experience with kid-friendly hospitality art below:

The experimental results are analyzed and translated into policy briefs, practical recommendations, and best practices. We also conduct strategic sessions with residents, visitors, guests, employees, and other stakeholders to co-develop new solutions and receive critical feedback.
